My Story

Hello everyone! I'm Mike Onsrud, also known as Train with Mike.​

​

I have 15+ years of experience as a trainer and a PTA. I have worked in/with sports medicine, gyms, rehab hospitals, neuro rehab, pediatrics, and geriatrics. I’ve dedicated my career to helping others achieve their fitness goals and reclaim their independence.
